I specialize in QuickBooks Online and am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I provide monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup, and bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up services.

I work primarily with clients remotely, with in-person meetings available when helpful. I also use secure, cloud-based software for easy document uploads and file sharing.

Each month, I review and record your business transactions in QuickBooks Online, reconcile your accounts, and keep your books organized and up to date. At the end of each month, I prepare financial reports such as your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, giving you a clear picture of your business’s financial activity.

Bank and credit card transactions can be automatically synced with QuickBooks Online, but monthly statements are still needed to reconcile your accounts and ensure your books are complete and accurate.

You can securely provide your monthly statements and other documents through our cloud-based document-sharing system or by email. I’ll let you know what documents are needed each month so you can focus on your business while I take care of the bookkeeping.

Your monthly financial reports will be delivered by the 10th of each month. This gives you timely financial information to help you monitor your business and plan ahead.
